Vicky worked in public relations before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the LPC at the College of Law, Bloomsbury. She qualified as a solicitor in 2009, having completed her training at a law firm in the West End. Following several years in commercial litigation, she decided to specialise exclusively in family law. In June 2013 Vicky joined the team at Bross Bennett and became a partner in April 2021.
With extensive experience of private family law, Vicky can advise clients on all aspects. She has a particular interest in resolving complex financial issues that may arise upon divorce and separation, including emergency applications for freezing injunctions and setting aside dispositions. She also deals with complex cases involving children, including applications for contact and residence and leave to remove out of the jurisdiction.
Vicky is a member of Resolution, taking a fair and pragmatic approach to each case.
Clients value her sympathetic yet robust approach in difficult circumstances, her distinct advice and her ability to remain focused on the client’s long-term objectives.
