Sara trained as a corporate finance lawyer at a Magic Circle firm before moving into family law. She worked in one of the UK’s leading family law practice’s before joining Bross Bennett in 2023. Sara has experience dealing with all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown. She regularly advises in relation to complex financial issues, wealth protection (for example, nuptial agreements) and issues relating to unmarried couples.
Sara is particularly well known for her commercial and financial acumen, working on cases involving the restructuring of family businesses, trust interests, complex remuneration, pensions and overseas assets.
She also deals with private children arrangements such as where a child lives and how much time they will spend with each parent, international relocation and financial provision.

Sara is a Resolution-trainer Family Mediator. In this role she assist families in negotiating their own solutions to their problems in an open and supportive environment, allowing them to reach an agreement that they believe to be fair and practical.
