Erin McEvoy is a family law solicitor and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2021. Her legal journey started at Bond University in Queensland, Australia. Before completing her law degree, she worked at Fedorov Family Lawyers in 2015, evolving from a receptionist to a paralegal, honing her skills in legal drafting, client management, and trial preparation.

Upon qualification, she continued work at Fedorov Family Lawyers as a domestic violence duty lawyer, advocating for low-income earners and vulnerable individuals. Her responsibilities included managing a Legal Aid case load that brought her face to face with the intricate challenges of child abuse, parental alienation, and domestic violence. She also gained experience working with senior partners to negotiate and litigate on behalf of high-net-worth clients.

At Marino Law she led on diverse mix of cases from divorce applications to urgent airport watchlist applications, demonstrating her comprehensive knowledge and adaptable nature.
