Eleanor Hoare

‘I have had nothing but a positive experience from the start with Eleanor Hoare. Eleanor has been amazing: she has always been thorough, results orientated, professional, and responsive - easily contactable by email and quick to respond. Without her I don’t think that my outcome would have been as good as it was, I cannot thank her enough. Strongly recommend!’

“Eleanor was exceptionally competent, consistently helpful and a wonderful listener. I was always confident that she would fight for me fairly but firmly.”

“Without Eleanor I could not have succeeded in my complex international case. I cannot recommend her enough; she was so professional, supportive and patient as well as demonstrating excellent strategic and technical legal skills.”

“I can’t thank you enough; you were my rock during a very difficult time and with your hard work and persistence you achieved just the result me and my children needed.”

In April 2019 Eleanor joined the team at Bross Bennett after taking a short career break to start a family. She was drawn to the ethos and shared family values at the heart of the firm. Prior to this, she was a partner for 9 years at Ambrose Appelbe (now Bircham Dyson Bell Pitmans).

Eleanor has an extensive understanding of how to resolve complex financial disputes and child-related issues upon relationship breakdown or divorce. Her cases often involve an international aspect, and she has experience in drafting cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements.

With an excellent track record in resolving cases as amicably as possible, Eleanor is highly regarded for her strategic and non-confrontational approach. Whilst protecting her clients and keeping their best outcome in mind, she only uses tough legal action through the courts where necessary.

Eleanor is recognised as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the 2023 Spear’s Family Law Index.
