Simon Lim
Simon graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with an LLB and completed the LPC at the College of Law.
Simon qualified in 2009 after completing his training at Bross Bennett. Prior to joining Bross Bennett in 2008 he worked at a central London commercial firm where he gained good experience of commercial and company law. Simon has experience in a wide spectrum of areas in family law with a particular focus on divorce and ancillary relief. He has also undertaken emergency non-molestation proceedings and cases involving non-disclosure of assets. Simon also has a particular interest in the ever evolving area of pre-nuptial agreements and can advise clients in relation to this.
In addition to conventional family work, Simon has experience in Litigation relating to wills and estates and has assisted on complex contentious probate matters both in the High Court Chancery Division and the Court of Appeal.
