Kate qualified as a solicitor with the firm in 2008. Kate joined Bross Bennett in 2007 as a trainee. She completed the first part of her training in criminal law with a London high street firm. During her time at Bross Bennett, Kate has gained experience in many areas of family law in particular divorce, ancillary relief with an emphasis on emergency applications including mareva (freezing) injunctions, investigating hidden assets, and complex issues relating to financial non-disclosure, and cohabitation disputes. Kate also assists in the Wills and Probate Department, and has experience in contentious probate cases.
Kate is particularly valued by clients for her quiet determination, attention to detail, and her calm and level-headed approach.
