Fran Petterson

Frances Petterson qualified as a solicitor in July 2011 after completing her training with Bross Bennett. She graduated from Leeds University with an English degree.

Frances has a particular interest in advising unmarried people who have lived together and have disputes about their property on the breakdown of their relationship.

During her training at Bross Bennett, Frances gained experience in many different areas of family law. She has dealt with disputes between parents about their children, including assisting on relocation cases and strongly contested residence and contact disputes. She has helped clients through the processes for divorce, dissolution and applications for financial remedies. Frances has previous experience in commercial and residential conveyancing and personal injury claims before focusing exclusively on family law as a solicitor at Bross Bennett.
