Caroline Falkus
Caroline qualified in 1988, and since 1993 she has specialised in family law. She was previously a partner in a large London firm and joined Bross Bennett in 1999 becoming a partner in 2001. Caroline is a qualified and experienced collaborative law practitioner and is an accredited mediator, a Member of the UK College of Family Mediators, and has been a member of the Law Society Family Panel. She also mediates at the Institute of Family Therapy. Her specialist areas include co-habitation, same-sex partnerships, and complex issues relating to children. She is particularly valued for her ability to help clients look beyond the immediacy of their dispute and for the clarity of her views.
