Carol Ellinas
Carol qualified in 1982 and initially practised as a Commercial lawyer. She has specialised in Family law since joining Bross Bennett in 1995 becoming a Partner in 2001. She is also a qualified and experienced Collaborative lawyer. She acts for clients from diverse backgrounds including professionals, in particular people from the banking sector and the media.
Her skills include forensic work and advising on family businesses. She also specialises in complex children cases including cases where there is a foreign element involved and applications to remove from the jurisdiction, as well as Residence and shared care arrangements. Carol heads the firm's wills and probate department. She also advises cohabiting couples on pre nuptial agreements and Separation Deeds.
