Emily graduated from the University of Warwick with an LLB(Hons) in European Law before studying the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Cambridge. As part of her degree, she studied French law for 10 months at the University of Lille in Northern France.
Emily commenced her Training Contract at Bross Bennett LLP in October 2015 having completed her first seat in Immigration and Human Rights Law at a niche firm in Camden Town. Prior to starting her training, Emily gained extensive experience assisting with high value matrimonial work at a leading family law practice in the City.
During her time at Law School, Emily volunteered as a tribunal advocate and case worker at Norfolk Community Law Service where she appeared before tribunal judges appealing decisions made by the Department of Work and Pensions.
Emily is also a keen actor and singer and loves to perform in choirs and theatre productions when she can.
