Eleanor joined the team at Bross Bennett in April 2019 after a career break. Prior to this she was a partner for 9 years at Ambrose Appelbe (now Bircham Dyson Bell Pitmans).
Eleanor has extensive experience in resolving complex financial and children related disputes arising on relationship breakdown or divorce. Eleanor’s cases often involve an international element and she has experience in drafting cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements.
Eleanor has a strategic and non-confrontational approach and has an excellent track record in resolving cases as amicably as possible whilst protecting her clients with tough legal action through the courts where necessary.
Eleanor enjoys countryside walks, attending art galleries, films, concerts, the theatre and the ballet, reading modern fiction and spending time with her children. She has run the London Marathon raising £6,000 for charity.
